Summary: Everything looked like it hadnt been serviced since it was built. Drabby, little poorly kept items, poirly built lack of detauls youd expect from a motel not a resort. The pool was dirty and needed backflushed. The hot tub wasnt in order, the garage door was broken, the basement flooded and there were cords and debris. The internet was out for half the trip with no eta to fix it. The pillows were all worn down and uncomfortable. The kick plate in the kitchen was missing in several areas and it was filthy under there.
